Sound to Silence (music hub) is one of the decent music schools in Kolkata, with an arrangement of music, dance and instrument classes and sessions for the students. The purpose is not only to help students nurture a lifelong appreciation for culture but to deliver them with rich knowledge, experience and understanding that would truly facilitate them to gain their artistic aspirations, be it skilled or recreation. Apart from usual Music Classes, we concentrate on Theory of Music and Dance, Instrumental music, vocal and music, dance and music. We also focus that our interested learners sit for Intern Music Exams which pave the direction to a well rounded musical growth of the students.

Sound to Silence: The music hub is not simply depicted by its many years of knowledge, but also by one thing in particular: it takes the attention of YOU and YOUR INTEREST. One-to-one tuition, individual support, assistance and advice are essential aspects of the school.

About Us

I am A Soulful Musician Turned Business Entrepreneur And Coach.

Arnab Chowdhury, has been practising and learning music for 16 years. He thanks his mentors, family members, and friends for supporting and providing him with beautiful platforms to showcase his talent.
In his early days of learning, he began his musical journey with the instrument Guitar, and deliberately grew a delicate interest in it. This love for guitar encouraged him to learn various instruments, share knowledge with others and develop his skill in music.
Arnab’s eagerness has helped him learn various instruments like Keyboards, Flute, Trumpet, Saxophone, Clarinet, Violin, Bongo, Harmonica (Mouth organ), Banjo and Ukulele since 2013 and performed in multiple stages. This is how he transformed from novice to expert.
Arnab found the first ray of hope when he started teaching music which gave him a different level of confidence. Also, he has taught students from age 4 to age 73 at the most, and he is happy to share that each of his students were overwhelmed with the teaching and learning process, with lots of extra knowledge that he has not gained in his learning duration.
